A very pleasant stay. The host is a super host.
Even before we left from our house, we received some messages of welcome from Jane and we were very kindly received by her and her co-host upon our arrival. Our stay was like a home away from home. We told them that it felt like we were staying with friends and not in a strange B&B. They are two very interesting people who are both professional artists, she a singer and he a guitarist. They perform together at a local restaurant on Sundays. When you're there, ask him to show you his guitar collection in his 'studio'! We will visit them again when we are in the area again.

Jane was very accommodating and went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable as she could. Our two small dogs loved her beautiful garden!
This is the perfect place to stay. Lower green lawns, the most beautiful trees, it simply gives off a sense of tranquility when you drive in there. Beautiful big house. I stayed in room 2, most beautiful shades of bed and curtains. Tidy. Paul and Jane made us feel at home and had a great time sitting and chatting. 100% recommended. Will spend weekend there again.

Stayed in the cottage. Very neat and cosy. Friendly reception and everything was as advertised and looked like photos. We were there for the Kearsney rugby festival and it was across the road from our cottage.

Only one problem: the parking is not close to your accommodation if you stay overnight in the cottage. Luggage must be carried all the way.

Rest for your soul is what you will find here! It is ideally located and sometimes you just want to stay there during the day as it is so peaceful. The (quality) facilities are ideal and the atmosphere is lovely. The hostess is pleasant and her breakfasts were delicious! It was the perfect place to end a long and demanding year. I will definitely be looking for/making excuses to stay there again as soon as possible!

The place was nice and spacious, but the downside was that TV's were very small.
It was a pleasant stay, I would recommend more options in terms of breakfast especially for people who can't eat spicy things or pork. It was disappointing that one of our guests that does not eat pork was treated to a vegetarian meal. There should be more substitutes like chicken burger patties or beef bangers or cheese grillers etc.
